When I received mine out of the box, I immediately called Autel USA and ran the serial number and register password past Support to make sure it was indeed an authorized USA dealer listed serial number that would receive full support and repairs in the USA, and that the serial number had never been registered before at an earlier date, where I wouldn't be able to get a full 2 years of updates for it.
